How To Bid By Phone
Important Steps to Bid Remotely:
Note the Artwork Numbers: Complete the Bidding Form at the bottom of the "Artists" gallery page. Make sure you include all of the numbers for each piece you wish to bid on. The auction begins at 5 PM, starting with the sculptures and then moving on to the photographs, all in numerical order. This session will continue until 6 PM.
Second Auction Session: At 7 PM, the auction will resume with the paintings and prints, again following their numerical order. This part of the auction will run until 10 PM, giving three hours to complete this section.
Bidding Phone Call: Volunteers will call you when it is time to bid on your chosen artwork, so please keep your phone nearby and charged! IMPORTANT: If you haven't noted the number of the piece in your form, you will not be called when the piece is up for auction, so please make sure you have entered all numbers for the artwork you want to bid on.
Postage and Packing: Postage and packaging (P&P) fees will be added to the winning bid price. Sculptures are preferably collected in person from Stroud due to their weight. If you wish to arrange courier delivery, you will need to contact the artist directly; contact details will be provided in that case.
Registration: To participate in remote bidding, please register your name, phone number, address, and the artwork(s) you wish to bid on using the form below.
Bidding Limit: Please note there is a maximum of 6 remote bidders allowed per artwork. Bidders will be accepted on a first come first serve basis for each item. If you do not get a call at the time one of your chosen pieces is up for bidding, then it is likely you didn't make the first 6... sorry! But the more pieces you request to bid on the more chance you have of winning a piece, so cast your net wide!!
